Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Holiday purchases may be returned by January 10th for full credit. Items must be returned with all original packaging, enclosures and/or certificates. The purchase amount will be refunded less shipping expenses in the same manner payment was received: check or charge card.

Shipping

All orders under $60 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via US Postal Service, with the option to upgrade to UPS Ground for $5. US Postal is not insured nor is it trackable. Orders over $60 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via regular UPS Ground (Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders are subject to added costs). Priority delivery options are also available. UPS 3-Day is $10.00, UPS 2nd Day Air is $20 and UPS Next Day Air is $30. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, thus USPS must be selected for all deliveries, which is a $5 shipping fee.

Damage claims

If you receive a damaged shipment, contact our shipping department and a return label will be sent to you. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item ordered is not available at the web posted price, you will be notified of the correct price before shipment is made.

Product Availability

We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. All items are subject to prior sale. If an item is not in stock you will be so advised and will be asked if we should put it on backorder for automatic shipment when received.
